To download & create return orders from the FBA Orders you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Get FBA Returns Data
Go to the AMZ_SP_Report, activate the line with description 'Get FBA Returns Data'. Set a recurrence on the line, for example, every 120 mins. this data should be downloaded.
Step 2: Schedule Report 11205839 Amazon Reports Processing
Go to the Job Queues, add report 11205839 and schedule this report.
This report is adding the downloaded response information in the Amazon Report table:
Step 3: Download return information in Tinx Amazon Returns table
Schedule report 11205848 to process the information in step 2
Output for this step is: The return information is available in table 11205374 TINX Amazon Return Order :
Step 4. Create the Sales Return Order in Business Central
The last step is to process the data from step 3 and convert this to the Sales Return Order. There is a message available in dashboard 'AM-SP-IN-RETURNS':
