Follow these steps before activating the integration flows.
To automatically send items to the POS
To automatically send items to the POS, next steps has to be done:
- Select Search (Alt+Q) in the upper-right corner, enter Sales Channel, open the one with code MPLUS;
- On the Sales Channel page, go to the tab Multi Sales Channel
- Activate the field 'Auto Publish Items', if you don't want to sync all items, you can restrict them, by entering the no. of characters of the items which needs to go the Mplus
- Go to the Job Queues, add report 11205311, schedule every 30 minutes:
The result is that new items will automatically inserted in the table Item by Sales Channel and added to the Record Queue.
- Select Search (Alt+Q) in the upper-right corner, enter Item by Sales Channel
To automatically send customers to the POS
To automatically send customers to the POS, next steps has to be done:
- Select Search (Alt+Q) in the upper-right corner, enter Sales Channel, open the one with code MPLUS;
- On the Sales Channel page, go to the tab Multi Sales Channel
- Activate the field Auto Publish Customers, this will sent the customers who are not blocked to the MPLUS, if you also want to send the blocked customer, you can activate Insert Blocked Customers. Be carefull with this setting, cause this can effect the import of the receipts of B2B customers.
- Go to the Job Queues, add report 11205310, schedule every 30 minutes:
Download new Receipts in BC
Select Search (Alt+Q) in the upper-right corner, enter Synchronisation Dashboard, open the one with code MPLUS_IN_ORDERS
- Get the list of new receipts, activate the first line with code MPLUS-070
- Possible filters are: branchNumber (use when multiple stores are running the POS), SyncMarker, fromFinancialDate, throughFinancialDate. We prefer the SyncMarker method, cause this will download all new receipts. If you use from/todate, you can miss receipts when there is an import error and there is a day transition.
- Set the right values for these filters or set to Ignore, if you don't want to use these filters
- 3 types of Sales Document creation are possible:
- Create an invoice for a customer who has ordered with a customer ID (MPLUS-072)
- Create an invoice for a guest / anonymous customer (MPLUS-073)
Create a credit invoice when the paid amount is below zero. (MPLUS-073-CREDIT)
Activate the lines you want to use.
