MplusKASSA Connector Setup

Adding the customer account to Tinx Developer Account

When using the Tinx MplusKASSA connector to connect Business Central with MplusKASSA, key information is needed from the MplusKASSA implementation partner.

The information to access the data of the customer (url, port number, user credentials) has to be added to the Tinx developer account for proper configuration.

Please contact your local MplusKASSA dealer to add the customer account to the Tinx Developers account. You can also reach out to dev@mpluskassa.nl. Our developer account name is: Tinx-IT

When the above is settled, inform us so we can give you the credentials needed for making the connection.

Install Mplus app

Enter connection details in Sales Channel

Select Search (Alt+Q) in the upper-right corner, enter Sales Channel, open the one with code MPLUS. Go to the tab General

Enter the credentials and url in these fields:

Field Description
Website Enter the API url like: api.mpluskassa.nl + port number
API Endpoint Enter the API url + secret information
Username Username from MplusKASSA
Password Password from MplusKASSA

Set No. Series for invoices / credit memos

Select Search (Alt+Q) in the upper-right corner, enter Sales Channel, open the one with code MPLUS.

On the Sales Channel page,  go to the tab No. Series. Fill in the fields Invoice No. Series and Credit Memo No. Series.

Set a guest Customer No. for anonymous receipts

Select Search (Alt+Q) in the upper-right corner, enter Sales Channel, open the one with code MPLUS;

On the Sales Channel page,  go to the tab E-Commerce.

Set the Guest Customer No. this is used to assign the invoices to. Make sure the Prices Incl. VAT field is set to true for this customer.

Usage of Promotion, Breakage and Own Usage

If you have setup the BPE (Breuk, Promotie, Eigen Gebruik) categories in the POS, you need to add these categories as a General Business Posting Group. We are using the reason code to post the receipt on the right G/L Account.

In the right column you see the Mplus value, this is transformed to the right General Business Posting Group. Make sure they exist in BC!

 

Map the POS Payment Methods to the BC Payment Methods

Search for Conversion Templates, select the one with code 'PAYMENT-METHOD':

Change the left column to the right payment methods which are defined in your BC.

 

 

Set Balance G/L Account No. for each Payment Method

Search for Conversion Templates, select the one with code PAYMENT-TYPE.

Change the left column to the right G/L accounts which are defined in your BC.
